As our company is based in Singapore, we will collect, use and disclose your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("Act"). However, the GDPR may apply to those circumstances where EU members are involved and the rights to them granted have been extended to all our users. The same applies to the processing that falls within the scope of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), whose effects are also extraterritorial. Other regulations may apply depending on your location.

4. International transfers

To those whom the GDPR applies to, we inform you that some of the above mentioned providers are located in territories outside the European Economic Area that do not offer a level of data protection comparable to that of the European Union. In such cases, we transfer your data with adequate safeguards and always keeping your data safe, using the most convenient international data transfer tools, in example the Standard Contractual Clauses and any relevant supplementary measures. The Controller will ensure that cross-border transfers of your personal data will be in compliance with the transfer limitation obligation under the Personal Data Protection Act (No. 26 of 2012) of Singapore (“PDPA”) and that the recipient of the transferred information is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide to the information transferred a standard of protection that is comparable to that under the PDPA.
5. Your rights as a data subject
You have various rights in relation to your personal information. In particular, you have the right to:
  • Obtain confirmation that we are processing your personal information and request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Obtain a copy of your data in a machine-readable format
  • Ask that we update the personal information we hold about you, or correct such personal information that you think is incorrect or incomplete
  • Ask that we delete personal information that we hold about you, or restrict the way in which we use such personal information You can also delete your information as a user in your profile settings (Edit Information > Delete Account). When you delete your user profile the following things will happen:
    1. Your account will be deleted and you will not be able to recover the data associated with it or access it.
    2. If you have posted messages, questions, downloads or interacted with other users, these will be deleted from our website within 4 hours.
    3. The data provided in your registration will be kept for 3 years only to be able to respond to possible liabilities arising from the processing of this data. They will not be used for any other purpose. Once this period of time has elapsed they will be deleted.
  • Object to our processing of your personal information for reasons of our own legitimate interest, public interest, or profiling, unless we are able to proof that compelling, warranted reasons superseding your interests, rights and freedom exist, or that such processing is done for purpose of the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims
  • Wherever we rely on your consent, you will always be able to withdraw that consent

You have also the right to launch a complaint with the competent authority should you be of the opinion that we have not complied with applicable privacy obligations.
6. How do we protect and secure your Personal Data?

Noja Global is not responsible for the veracity of the information that is not of its own elaboration and of which another source is indicated, so it does not assume any responsibility for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information.
Noja Global is exonerated from liability for any loss or damage that the user may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by Noja Global provided that it comes from outside sources.
9. Data of minors
As a general rule, Noja Global will not process data of minors for the realization of the treatment and services provided by Noja Global, since it is an essential requirement of the contract that they are not minors.
10. How do we use cookies?
We use cookies to optimise and personalise your browsing experience. Cookies are physical information files that are stored in the user’s own computer or other browsing device. The information collected through cookies serves to facilitate the user’s navigation of the portal and to optimise the browsing experience.
